In the API

Send markets=lv on each call to POST /v1/mark: a call that lacks what Latvia's rules need is refused before anything is counted, and each mark gets a receipt of what it carries for each law.

What a mark for Latvia carries, by kind of file
FileMade with AIA deep fake (deepfake=true)
PictureWatermark and Content CredentialsWatermark, Content Credentials and the visible label
ClipWatermark and Content CredentialsWatermark, Content Credentials and the visible label
SongWatermark and Content CredentialsRefused for now: the EU's deep fakes in sound need a spoken notice (Art. 50(4)), which we don't add yet.
